Dialogue for Change
When managers & workers communicate
GIZ aims to improve labour and social standards within Cambodian textile and garment factories by building and enhancing dialogue structures between workers and managers. For substantive and sustainable improvements to be made, both managers and workers have to be integrated through dialogue in the change processes.

Strong workers, strong factory
This program aims to improve Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) sustainably by building and enhancing dialogue structures between workers and managers within the factory. Training participants will jointly identify and solve OHS-related problems with the use different methodologies to identify problems, propose a solution and monitor the progress.
